Every recurring PAWS valet visit includes FreshFinish™, our deodorizing and sanitizing yard treatment that helps keep your pet area fresher and cleaner between visits.

Do I need to be home?

No. As long as your yard is accessible, your PAWS valet can handle service while you’re away. We’ll let you know when we’re on the way and when we’re finished. Please arrange safe access before your visit.

How often will you visit?

Clean Start provides service every other week. Fresh & Simple provides weekly service. Choose the routine that works for your yard during signup.

How many dogs and what size yard are included?

Both plans cover yards up to ⅛ acre. Clean Start includes up to 2 dogs; Fresh & Simple includes up to 3. Larger yards, extra pets, heavy buildup, or limited yard access may add a small fee.

What happens to the waste?

We securely bag collected waste and place it in your outdoor garbage bin when it’s available and usable. Please make your bin accessible for service. PAWS does not currently offer standard waste haul-away.

What is PAWS FreshFinish™?

FreshFinish™ is the final treatment step in our yard valet service. Once visible waste is removed, we treat the serviced area with a professional-grade deodorizing and sanitizing solution designed to help control lingering odors and keep your pet area feeling cleaner. It’s included with every recurring visit.

Will you secure my gate?

Yes. Before leaving, your PAWS valet checks that the gate used during service is closed and secured, then confirms your visit is complete. Completion or gate photos are included when appropriate.

Am I locked into a contract?

No. Service is month to month, and you can cancel anytime.

What is the Missed Scoop Guarantee?

With the Fresh & Simple plan, if we miss something, we come back and fix it at no additional charge. Contact us to let us know.

What if it rains on my service day?

We work in light rain. If severe weather prevents a safe cleanup, we reschedule to the next available day at no extra charge.
